Course aims

The aim of the IMIAL Level 3 Award in Automotive Air Conditioning Servicing and Maintenance course is to facilitate both a practical skill and theoretical knowledge of air conditioning systems within light vehicles. This course may also be used to assess your competence handling refrigerant gases to the standard of the IMIAL Level 3 Award in Automotive Refrigerant Handling standard as approved by DEFRA.

Course duration & completion

This course lasts for one day, including assessment.

You will have completed this course upon successfully passing a practical assessment, which includes guided instructions on common air conditioning problems to diagnose. A certificate of completion will be issued to those that meet the assessment standards on the day of testing.

The price for this course is £325.00, including registration fees.

What will you learn?
